Review

A deliciously amazing end to a superb trilogy, which I had hoped would last longer. The last journey of Hodges is by far the king of them all, being a mixture of twists and turns. This book definitely takes a psychological spin which seems to affect the reader just as much as the characters. Vast strings are attached tightly to every character presented to us through the pure detail and unneeded facts that make this finale what it is now. An old friend with a different car and a different look is the juiciest part of this blooming novel, which starts and ends with unexpected plot twists. Magnificent and well written are understatements for End of Watch, one of the most underrated but best of King’s work.
