Description
Following the success of 'The Lord of the Rings' seven-volume edition comes a special edition of 'The Hobbit', complete with a free CD of archive recordings from 1952 of JRR Tolkien reading Bilbo's encounter with the horrible Gollum. Presented in a special gift box, this pack also includes a copy of John Howe's delicious full-colour fold-out map of Wilderland showing Bilbo's journey there and back again in glorious detail, a booklet by Brian Sibley about the writing of 'The Hobbit', plus six large postcards featuring Tolkien's own magnificent paintings of his story.
